Sophie Dillman was born and bred in Queensland, finishing a nursing degree in 2012.

Whilst working nights, Sophie attended QUT acting school and moved to Sydney in 2015. In 2016 she worked in women’s health in Sydney whilst audition for acting roles. She loved being able to help women who really needed it. She is passionate about educating and empowering women to understand their bodies, their rights and their choices in life and in their health journey. At the end of 2016, she landed her first big acting job playing Ziggy on Home and Away. She has worked there ever since and loves every second.

Sophie is also an endometriosis sufferer and has had to juggle her illness along with her careers her entire life. She is passionate about Endometriosis Australia because It has helped so many understand their illness, make decisions to better their quality of life and connect those who suffer so they are never alone.
